Shed tears over a book.

Yesterday, read a dutch-translated book overnight. I just couldn't stop reading it cuz its compelling story.

The book was based on tragedy of author's wife's death at 36 from breast cancer. The author captured all kind of mental reactions and conflicts throughout whole process of his dying wife. My eyes were wet in the last chapter. The final chapters where Dan and Carmen (protagonists) have made a decision to end her life with euthanasia and guide their daughter what death is. I guarantee anyone immersed in the dialog among Dan, Carmen and their daughter would easily burst into tears in the last chapter. The book has shown what complete honest love is.

The spirit Carmen possesses show me that if you want to achieve something you ever wanted, there will be hundred reasons stop you from doing it. But it only takes one reason to keep going. Even being tortured by cancer, she enjoyed her life to the end. Walk on her way.
